Product information Rocket 80 CD Jukebox by Sound Leisure 80 CD and Bluetooth - Turquoise

In 1951, Ohio disc jockey Alan Freed first coined the phrase ‘rock & roll’ to describe an emerging style of music which mixed gospel, rhythm and blues and country music in a hard driving, dynamic blend. Over the next decade ‘rock & roll’ was adopted by suburban teenagers across the globe and went on to influence significant cultural and social change. Our Rocket Jukebox transports you back in time to the frenzied mid 50’s and the sound that transformed everything. A true jewel in Sound Leisure’s crown, we were the first manufacturer in the world to release a tribute to what is known as the ‘Silver Age’ of jukeboxes. Adorned with chromed-cast furniture reminiscent of the Detroit automobiles of the era, the Rocket oozes 1950s cool and offers a mind-blowing blast of nostalgia, while maintaining a contemporary feel and state of the art performance.
